The amateur theatre season at Ötigheim offers visitors great theatrical experiences performed on Germany’s largest open-air stage. The season runs through the summer months and attracts lovers of show and theatre from near and far. Up to 4000 visitors can enjoy the performances, which are set in front of a magnificent natural backdrop, on comfortable, covered seats. Not only the stage itself is unique, but also the large number of volunteers: Up to 700 participants of all ages actively take part every year – be it on stage or behind the scenes.
